Videographers are booked on a per project basis. Times can vary and are solely dependent on what your project needs. After discovering what you will need, we will develop a schedule together that makes sense to meet your goals. We recommend scheduling your videographer within a time frame that is optimum for the end product delivery. We can create the scheduling with you during your initial Design Session.
How long will it take to get my video?
Video turnarounds are dependent on how long your event is and how much editing time is necessary. All projects are subjected to the flow of business. We work within every reasonable effort to deliver your products in a timely manner. Rush deliveries may apply on specific projects with time constraints. An estimated time of delivery will be given at the time of booking.
How will my Video be delivered?
Our projects are typically exported and uploaded online to a special web portal link, privately shared with you. Other formats also include DVD format as well as Flash Memory. Fees may apply for larger projects requiring bigger space outside the scope of consumer delivery.
What is a design session?
A Design Session is a formal meeting where we discuss all of the details and the timeline of events. Sessions are usually conducted over the phone and typically take about 30 - 45 minutes. During this time we will help you decide when is the best time for you to have your videographer at your event.

First begin by contacting us. Just fill out our contact form, give us a call or directly text us at 702-365-9526. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM PDT. Afterwards we will assist you in creating a package just for you.
How much money does it cost to get started?
A 1/3 retainer of your grand total will be due upon signing of your contract to reserve your date for our services. Agreements are generally made no later than 3 - 5 business days. Final balances are due 10 days before your scheduled event date unless otherwise stated.
