What are some of your hobbies/interests?

I have a cat named Merlin who is my pride and joy, I attend shows in town and music festivals frequently, I read a lot of fantasy and watch more anime than anything else. Cooking is also a passion of mine!

What’s important to you about working at Sight & Sound Events?

Sight & Sound Events is a company full of passionate people and the work they do is very high caliber from prior to an event to the final moments. It's truly a fun group of people who work hard and play hard.

What’s your favorite song to hear at a wedding and why?

Is it cheesy that I love the Cha Cha Slide? I always get out on the dance floor every time a DJ plays it and I think people love dancing to it because it's not too complicated and anyone can do it with the easy instructions in the song.

What general advice would you give a couple preparing for their wedding?

I would advise any couple preparing for a wedding to figure out what the most important qualities they want for the event. Define that, and make sure to find entertainment that matches the vibe of both the bride and groom and the type of fun they'd want their guests to have. It is such an important milestone for any couple, do whatever it takes to make the day as memorable as possible.

What should every couple know before meeting with their wedding Photographer/DJ/?

Know the music you'd like to have at the event prior to chatting with the DJ and take a look at wedding photos on Pinterest to provide reference material for your photographer.

How do you know when you’re doing a good job?

I know I'm doing a good job when people around me are smiling and allowing themselves to be in the moment, without a care in the world!

How would others describe you?

I've often been described as kind, bubbly, and enjoyable to talk to. A go-getter positive people person.
