After your initial contact with Sight & Sound Events someone from our Award Winning Event Production Team will reach out to you to discover your needs and help brainstorm new ideas. The process only takes a few minutes and we will begin formulating an action plan for you.
What kind of support will i receive?
Our Event Producers are working with you the whole way through from start to finish. We update you weekly and call in for checkups. All Event Planning will filter through your approval before execution. Just like your best friend we give you unparalleled support to reach your goals.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
All quotes are generated within 48 hours or sooner. Depending on specific market costs or intricate details you will have an accurate estimate immediately. We work with you to simplify the planning process and make the process feel seamless. All you have to say is “Yes!”
When can we finalize the details?
All details of your event are finalized during the time of booking. Any additional details or addons can be modified at the time of your Design Session. When working with us all directives will have clear intention with actionable steps to make your event a reality.
What is a design session?
A Design Session is a formal meeting where we discuss all of the details and the timeline of events. Sessions are usually conducted over the phone and typically take about 30 - 45 minutes.
How do i get started?
First begin by contacting us. Just fill out our contact form, give us a call or directly text us at 702-365-9526. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM PDT. Afterwards we will assist you in creating a package just for you.
How much money does it cost to get started?
A 1/3 retainer of your grand total will be due upon signing of your contract to reserve your date for our services. Agreements are generally made no later than 3 - 5 business days. Final balances are due 10 days before your scheduled event date unless otherwise stated.
